As agency interactive producer, W+K and KFC worked to refresh KFC’s brand after declining sales. In 2015, KFC made a big comeback, relaunching new branding, changing from KFC to Kentucky Fried Chicken and launching a new campaign to redefine the root of their brand. We relaunched colonelsanders.com to celebrate the unique history of the brand’s founder, Harland Sanders, creating a variety of interactive experiences, including a live action play, 8-bit 5-level video game, musical score and museum of illustrations about his life.
